Meet our lion
Chris.
An African lion at Beekse Bergen Safari Park in the Netherlands. We're his adoptive parents at the park's highest individual adoption tier.
Our name comes from lions, so we wanted to give something back to a real one. We adopted him before Manehost made any profit, out of our own pockets, because it felt like the right place to start.
When we visited Beekse Bergen in August 2026 and saw Chris and his pride, an emotional moment hit me and I could not help but cry. We had already started our general adoption but I felt like now was the right time to start our REAL impact. So we contacted the adoption center to see if he was available for adoption! <3

Chris is our first adoption through Stichting Wildlife, with more to come.
We also give every month to the World Wildlife Fund and the Kevin Richardson Foundation.
